About the role
H.B. Fuller is seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Project Manager to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives that drive operational excellence across Europe. The role will manage the full project lifecycle, from execution through close‑out, and will transition to additional transformation programs after the initial project is completed.
Key responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing footprint and supply‑chain restructuring activities from start to finish.
- Develop, maintain, and measure an integrated project plan covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Finance, HR, and external partners—to ensure aligned execution.
- Manage project governance, phase‑gate reviews, executive updates, escalation handling, change management, and decision documentation.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues with clear ownership and timely resolution.
- Ensure go‑live readiness through operational handover, documentation, training coordination, and post‑implementation performance tracking.
- Partner with functional leaders to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of transformation practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive project‑management experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Proven experience leading operational, supply‑chain, logistics, or manufacturing‑related projects.
- Strong knowledge of formal project‑management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive‑level communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Fluent in English.
