Business Manager

About the role

Decskill, an IT consulting firm with over 800 professionals across Lisbon, Porto and Madrid, is seeking a Business Manager to drive growth on a hybrid working model. You will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio, shaping sales strategies and supporting the development of our consultant team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives and identify new opportunities.
• Design and execute sales strategies for existing clients.
• Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Support and manage the career development of consultants.
• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to align talent needs.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Degree in Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the IT sector.
• Proven ability to identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, dynamic, with solid organisational and management capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
