Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help build and own our outbound motion at inBeat Agency (Fieldtrip). You will generate qualified pipeline across multiple channels, from procurement‑focused outreach to webinar‑driven prospecting, shaping the function from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑touch outbound cadences via email, phone and LinkedIn to create qualified pipeline.
• Target procurement stakeholders and introduce Fieldtrip to companies before inbound interest.
• Drive outreach around webinars and events, invite prospects, follow up attendees and convert interest into meetings.
• Build and manage general outbound sequences for target accounts outside of procurement or event motions.
• Qualify leads, book meetings for the AE team and hand off with clear context.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for all outbound activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience running structured outbound campaigns (cold email, cold call, LinkedIn).
• Comfortable managing multiple outbound motions simultaneously.
• Self‑directed and eager to help define processes in a newly created function.
• Strong written communication to craft compelling outbound copy for senior marketing stakeholders.
• Flexible to work in any timezone, not tied to North American hours.
