Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our performance‑marketing agency. You will work closely with advertisers, agencies and direct brands to generate high‑quality leads across multiple verticals such as auto loans, health insurance, life insurance and solar energy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new clients with lead‑generation needs.
• Build and own end‑to‑end prospecting systems and sales pipelines.
• Negotiate and close CPL (cost‑per‑lead) campaigns in European markets.
• Collaborate with the media‑buying team to optimise lead performance and scale revenue.
• Represent the company at conferences, industry events and networking opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, lead generation or affiliate marketing.
• Highly autonomous, self‑motivated and able to set priorities independently.
• Hunter mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with insurance, solar or loan sectors is advantageous.
