About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for gaming and technology clients across the APAC region. The role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and consultative sales, allowing you to work with globally recognised brands on high‑impact campaigns while enjoying full remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets for gross margin, client acquisition and conversion performance in APAC.
  • Own the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with gaming and tech clients, identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and design customised solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy and events teams to ensure proposals are innovative and commercially sound.
  • Optimise CRM workflows, lead management and pitch processes using HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings locally and internationally.

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
  • Prior experience in the gaming or technology sector (in‑house commercial team or agency).
  • Proven track record of managing pipelines and closing deals independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent English; Mandarin or Korean is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
