Business Development Manager – Financial Partnerships

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its financial partnerships strategy. You will identify, negotiate, close and manage strategic collaborations across lending, loyalty, sponsorship and new product launches, driving new revenue streams for the fintech leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategy across priority products and verticals.
• Own end‑to‑end relationships, from business case creation to P&L reporting.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and untapped market segments.
• Build and present business cases to senior leadership to secure buy‑in.
• Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements delivering measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal and Data teams to launch co‑marketing, API integrations or white‑label solutions.
• Establish long‑term strategic alliances with ecosystem players, industry associations, events, tech platforms and referral partners.
• Manage multiple work streams across verticals, ensuring timeline adherence and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, payment networks, fintech or traditional banking.
• Proven track record in partnerships, business development or relationship management.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Highly driven, collaborative and results‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
