Business Development & Lead Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Lead Manager to drive revenue growth, manage strategic partnerships, and optimise our CRM processes. The role combines sales strategy, partnership development and operational support to help the company achieve its commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations with prospects and partners.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Manage and optimise CRM systems to improve lead generation and sales performance.
• Track, analyse and report sales KPIs, ensuring accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
• Build, maintain and strengthen strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements and commercial terms.
• Support the sales team with process improvements, coordinate proposals, contracts and onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align growth strategies and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or CRM management.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
