About the role
We are seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in the mobile games ecosystem. You will shape partnerships with game studios and publishers worldwide, acting as a commercial strategist and trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end business development activities, from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiations and contract signing.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
- Manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow‑ups and conversion tracking.
- Act as a trusted advisor, articulating value propositions, ROI, and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align partner needs with internal roadmaps.
- Represent the company at international industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
- Gather market insights and partner feedback to inform product improvements and strategy.
Required profile
- 3‑4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in mobile gaming, app technology, or digital products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building qualified pipelines.
- Strong autonomy, adaptability, and ability to engage decision‑makers in technical or creative organizations.
- Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile gaming ecosystem concepts including F2P models, SDKs, APIs, and digital distribution.
