About the role

You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, creating low‑code applications that automate critical workflows and improve employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex HR processes, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement low‑code applications using platforms such as OutSystems, Automation Anywhere (AA360) and ServiceNow to automate HR workflows.
• Lead AI and automation projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and seamless integration with existing HR systems.
• Facilitate communication between HR stakeholders and technical teams to guarantee shared understanding and smooth execution.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities into HR solutions, focusing on practical, value‑adding applications.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• Approximately 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, automation development, or project management, preferably within an HR or IT environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing digital solutions.
