Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Manager to act as a strategic partner for restaurant and hospitality clients in Portugal. Working fully remotely, you will shape marketing initiatives across branding, digital content, media, websites and customer experiences, collaborating with creative, strategy and media teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to clients and help execute marketing programs.
• Manage client projects from request to delivery, defining requirements and coordinating resources.
• Develop clear briefs for internal and external creative, strategy and media teams.
• Prioritise projects, tasks and deliverables in team planning sessions.
• Lead internal discussions on client expectations, project progress and strategic direction.
• Maintain project timelines, workflows and updates using project‑management tools.
• Communicate regularly with clients, address questions and ensure needs are met.
• Facilitate recurring client meetings and present status updates, strategy recommendations and performance insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in an agency environment, preferably within restaurant, hospitality or consumer‑focused sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

• Microsoft Office Suite (advanced proficiency).
• Google Workspace.
• Collaboration platforms such as Slack.
