Brand Manager – Communications & Media

About the role

SOVA is looking for a Brand Manager to lead communications and media strategy for its women’s health brand. You will shape the brand’s voice across social platforms, influencer partnerships, and flagship media channels such as a podcast and YouTube series, turning content into a growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SOVA’s social media strategy to boost awareness, engagement and community growth.
• Set the editorial vision – pillars, tone, formats, calendar and publishing rhythm.
• Create or oversee high‑performing content, from briefs and scripts to captions and storylines.
• Translate trends into brand‑aligned content while maintaining credibility.
• Build and scale a network of creators, influencers, affiliates, ambassadors and advocates.
• Lead outreach, relationship management, campaign brief creation and content validation.
• Develop a clear partnership strategy that aligns with brand objectives and track creator performance.
• Own the content strategy for the podcast and YouTube channel, defining topics, concepts and formats to position SOVA as a go‑to media source in women’s health.

Required profile

• Passion for women’s health and a strong belief in mission‑driven brands.
• Creative mindset with an editorial eye for storytelling, pacing and clarity.
• Data‑driven approach: ability to measure impact, understand key performance indicators and iterate.
• Experience managing multi‑channel communications, influencer/affiliate programs and media productions.
• Comfort working directly with founders and an ambitious, fast‑growing team.
