Boost – Career Acceleration Program

About the role

The Boost Career Acceleration Program is a 24‑month intensive development journey at Bosch. Designed for ambitious early‑career professionals, the program combines three strategic assignments across Portugal and at least one international location, a dedicated mentor, and a continuous training plan to fast‑track your growth.

Key responsibilities

• Complete three rotational assignments in areas such as Operations, R&D, Sales & Product Management, or IT.
• Contribute to real projects that impact Bosch’s Home Comfort and heating solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and apply learned concepts to improve processes and products.
• Participate in structured training sessions and workshops to build technical and professional competencies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or final‑year student) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• High motivation to learn, strong personal drive, and a clear ambition to build a long‑term career at Bosch.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams.
