Bilingual Tutor - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual tutor to help train AI language models. The role involves interacting with chatbots in both Portuguese and English, assessing their performance, and creating new conversational content to improve their responses. This is a remote, independent‑contractor position open to candidates residing in Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in written conversations with AI chatbots in Portuguese and English to evaluate progress.
• Draft original dialogue scenarios that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Review and edit AI‑generated text for grammatical accuracy, style, and brand voice.
• Provide feedback on AI output quality and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar and style.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
