Bilingual Portuguese & English Recruiter – BPO (Lisbon)

About the role

Workster Jobs is looking for a motivated bilingual recruiter to join its Lisbon team. You will source, assess and place Portuguese‑ and English‑speaking talent for a range of entry‑level to mid‑management positions within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, supporting international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑quality Portuguese and English speakers.
• Guide candidates through interviews, provide feedback and relocation support when needed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and uphold GDPR compliance.
• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR, preferably in a BPO or high‑volume hiring environment.
• Fluent in European Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced setting.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using CRM and digital recruiting tools.
• Social media sourcing techniques.
