Banquet Manager

About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team as a Banquet Manager and be the driving force behind memorable banquet experiences. You will lead the planning, execution, and breakdown of a wide range of events, ensuring every guest feels the warmth and hospitality that defines our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with a friendly, proactive attitude and look for ways to enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute banquet events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet event specifications.
• Communicate event details and updates to Food & Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, Audio‑Visual and Housekeeping teams.
• Manage event breakdown, storing equipment correctly for subsequent functions.
• Supervise, coach and develop banquet team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the hotel, leisure or service sector.
• Proven success in conference and beverage operations, with a focus on profitability and cost control.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and upholding Hilton’s core values.
