Banking Data Management Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

Thales Business Support Services is seeking a French‑speaking Banking Data Management Specialist to join its Master Data team in Paço de Arcos, Portugal. The role focuses on improving supplier compliance, ensuring data quality, and supporting finance‑related processes within the shared service centre.

Key responsibilities

• Support Supplier Compliance and Data Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Collect, test, and optimise data, including validating bank data and entering information in OCM.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the e‑ACQ Administration team.
• Handle tickets for supplier setup, data changes, and deletions in line with SLAs.
• Assist with interface development and analyse the impact of ERP functionality changes.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Previous experience in a similar data‑management or finance role.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting tools.
