Associate II - 3rd Shift

About the role

The Associate II works the third shift in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, performing repetitive tasks that involve positioning, inserting, or adhering materials, parts, and components to create finished products. The role supports both manual and semi‑automatic equipment and contributes to maintaining production quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately record daily attendance, production output, material usage, scrap data, and statistical information for control charts, hourly boards, and SQDC dashboards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by applying 5S or progressive 5S procedures.
• Follow all occupational safety, quality, environmental, and plant security policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or designated personnel.

Required profile

• Completion of the fourth year of high school at an accredited institution.
• One to three years of experience in high‑volume manufacturing, preferably in the electrical or electronic sector.
• Ability to read, write, and understand Spanish.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averaging).
• Manual dexterity and consistent ability to follow instructions.

Required skills

• Operation of manual or semi‑automatic manufacturing equipment.
• Application of 5S workplace organization methodology.
• Basic mathematical calculations for production tracking.
