About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Sephora’s Plaza Las Americas location, you will be the heartbeat of the store, driving daily operations, inspiring the team, and delivering an exceptional beauty experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, meeting sales and profitability targets.
• Coach, motivate and develop associates, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Recruit, hire and onboard new talent, building a diverse and inclusive team.
• Provide real‑time feedback, conduct performance appraisals and mentor team members.
• Deliver outstanding client service, resolve concerns and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain visual standards, store cleanliness and compliance with brand policies.
• Optimize inventory and staffing levels to adapt to changing retail demands.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an assistant manager in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment.
• Strong leadership and business acumen with a track record of driving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust with teams and customers.
