Assistant Store Manager (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our Pepe Jeans store in Funchal. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, nurture the team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Team Management – inspire the sales team with brand passion, support the Store Manager, and foster internal development.
• Sales – collaborate on commercial targets and KPIs, create action plans, and maintain a consistent brand image throughout the sales process.
• Customer Experience – attract and retain customers by delivering high‑quality, detail‑focused service.
• Shop Operations – oversee inventories, stock management, cash register handling, daily reporting, and team scheduling to ensure procedural compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or Management (desirable).
• Previous experience in fashion retail.
• Fluent English.
• Strong team‑building abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset.
