Rental Sales Agent – Funchal Downtown

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Rental Sales Agent to join our Network & Stations team in downtown Funchal. In this front‑line position you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a seamless rental experience while actively driving sales of optional products and upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements accurately and professionally.
• Welcome every customer, provide exceptional service from start to finish, and ensure compliance with rental policies.
• Promote and sell optional coverage, vehicle upgrades, prepaid fuel and other add‑on services to maximise revenue.
• Use effective sales techniques – open‑ended questions, product benefits, objection handling – to build rapport and close sales.
• Identify additional services that could enhance the customer’s rental experience.
• Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a fast‑paced environment, preferably in retail, hospitality or automotive sectors.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional communication style.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
