About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Customer Manager to join our Lisbon branch of Bank of China (Europe) S.A. In this full-time, on-site position you will support the branch’s customer service operations, helping both corporate and individual clients with their banking needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily customer service functions and maintain positive client relationships.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the branch, including handling inquiries and providing appropriate banking solutions.
- Contribute to achieving branch targets and maintaining high service quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or banking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English, Chinese and Portuguese.
