ASO Specialist

About the role

Air Apps is looking for an ASO Specialist to join its Lisbon office. You will own the App Store Optimization strategy for multiple high‑traffic mobile applications, driving visibility, discoverability and conversion in the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and optimise app metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) to maximise store visibility.
• Design, test and iterate creative assets such as icons, screenshots, app previews and CPPs to improve conversion rates.
• Analyse store performance metrics, produce actionable insights and report on growth trends.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with user acquisition, product and creative teams to align ASO tactics with broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry best practices and emerging ASO tools.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in ASO or mobile growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of the Apple App Store and Google Play ecosystems.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into concrete actions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for AI‑powered productivity and digital tools.
