Analytics Reporting Consultant – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

Join Kelly as an Analytics Reporting Consultant supporting Helix Analytics. You will work remotely from Portugal, delivering accurate reports and dashboards for staffing‑industry clients while collaborating with development and PMO teams.

Key responsibilities

• Run, prepare, and publish regular reports such as SLA, KPI, QBR/ABR and program performance dashboards.
• Create and manage user stories in Azure DevOps for the development team.
• Gather client requirements, perform data validation testing, and handle ad‑hoc inquiries.
• Build, maintain, and edit PowerBI reports, ensuring data quality before dashboard publication.
• Support internal and customer audits and assist the PMO and practice leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in the staffing industry and familiarity with VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline or similar).
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent requests.

Required skills

• PowerBI report creation and maintenance.
• Azure DevOps for user story management.
