AML/CTF & KYC Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an AML/CTF & KYC Analyst to join our compliance team. The role focuses on reviewing sanction matches, conducting due‑diligence investigations and supporting product compliance in a fast‑moving financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate reviews of potential sanction matches and other compliance‑related cases.
• Conduct ongoing and enhanced due‑diligence investigations, including PEP screening and high‑risk customer assessments.
• Adhere to service level agreements, quality standards and internal performance expectations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AML policies, procedures and regulatory instructions.
• Identify procedural gaps, propose improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Valid work permit for Portugal or EU/Schengen citizenship.
• 12th‑grade education or higher and C1 level English proficiency.
• General knowledge of the financial services industry, business structures, UBO discovery and PEP customers.
• Strong time‑management and written/oral communication skills.
• Computer and OSINT literacy.
