AIT Technician – Electronics Assembly & Test

About the role

Join the GamaSAR team at TEKEVER as an AIT Technician, contributing to cutting‑edge airborne and space radar systems. You will be involved in the full production lifecycle, from PCB assembly to functional validation, while working closely with engineers to develop robust tools and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Hand‑soldering and assembly of new PCBs.
• Identify, rework, and troubleshoot malfunctioning units.
• Manage a semi‑automatic electronic assembly line and generate supporting documentation.
• Maintain internal stock and coordinate procurement of required components.
• Design, test, and maintain hardware tools for team activities.
• Perform testing and validation, resolve hardware defects, and participate in quality activities.
• Execute operational activities under flight conditions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Technical degree or graduate degree in electronics.
• Experience with hand‑soldering tools and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and spectrum analyzers.
• Ability to read and interpret component datasheets.
• Comfortable performing flight‑operation validation.
• Quick learner with strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Passion for space technology and innovation.
• Nice to have: 2+ years in a similar role, experience with Eagle, KiCad or Altium, 3D printing skills, pilot licence.
