AI Transformation Lead (Individual Contributor)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Transformation Lead who will drive the practical adoption of generative AI across the business. You will identify high‑impact use cases, prototype solutions with large language models and no‑code tools, and bring them to a production‑ready state.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and prototype AI use cases that address real business challenges.
• Ensure independent, day‑to‑day use of AI tools across all functions.
• Define and track metrics (P&L, customer, employee performance) to measure AI impact.
• Build and nurture an internal AI community focused on solving business problems.
• Monitor the AI tools market and integrate new solutions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing AI/LLM solutions in a commercial setting.
• Hands‑on expertise with LLMs, prompting, orchestration, and no‑code/low‑code automation platforms.
• Strong grasp of business metrics such as P&L, unit economics and operational efficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously, turn ideas into functional prototypes without extensive development support.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholder expectations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience fostering an internal AI community and basic knowledge of data science concepts.
