AI PMO Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an AI PMO Analyst to join Mercer and support Oliver Wyman’s new hub in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days a week on‑site, and will help make the firm‑wide AI transformation visible, coordinated and well‑governed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the central portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring data is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with initiative owners across functions and regions to gather updates, track progress, identify dependencies and surface risks early.
• Manage the programme inbox, triage enquiries, respond to routine requests and appropriately escalate complex issues.
• Support governance processes by coordinating exception requests, maintaining decision logs and tracking resolutions.
• Prepare concise reports, dashboards, presentations and leadership updates by synthesising information from multiple sources.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, governance and operational processes.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and digital technologies to boost personal productivity and streamline programme reporting.
