Accounting Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking two French‑speaking Accounting Specialists to join our international Management Control and Accounting team. In this consulting role you will manage the end‑to‑end expense reporting process while collaborating with finance partners across a global insurance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor the entire expense reporting process.
• Validate expense reports using dedicated financial tools.
• Create and update employee files and related information.
• Provide support and training to employees on expense management procedures.
• Monitor automatic data uploads and integrations with financial systems.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team for payment authorizations.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare tax‑related documentation.
• Compile and analyse financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cyclical audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting abilities.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and accounting data.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
