Management Internship – Overhead Controlling & Reporting

About the role

This extracurricular internship offers a hands‑on experience in overhead controlling and reporting within a multinational automotive environment. You will support daily financial operations, contribute to forecasting cycles, and gain exposure to SAP cost‑center management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with overhead controlling and reporting activities.
• Maintain and improve the overhead cost‑controlling dashboard.
• Prepare monthly reports and month‑end closing documents.
• Support invoicing and firewall processes.
• Maintain cost‑center data in SAP.
• Update work instructions and related documentation.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Management, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in English (minimum B1 level).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
