Account Representative

About the role

The Account Representative will sell and promote Island Finance's financial products while delivering high‑quality guidance and service to customers. This position supports client retention and acquisition, helping the company meet its sales targets and comply with all relevant policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and promote a range of consumer loan and financial service products.
• Provide personalized advice and support to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve individual sales goals that contribute to overall company objectives.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of university education or a related technical program.
• At least two years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong public‑facing skills with a service‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Organized, able to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
