Account Representative – Dual Field Role

About the role

Island Finance LLC is seeking an Account Representative to combine sales and collections responsibilities in a dual‑field capacity. The role focuses on promoting financial products, guiding customers through loan options, and managing overdue accounts through visits and phone outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell consumer loan products, advising clients on the best solution for their needs and repayment ability.
• Conduct field visits to validate employment, collect overdue payments, and negotiate repayment plans, renewals, or restructurings.
• Perform outbound and inbound collection calls, using manual dialing or an auto‑dialer system.
• Identify prospects, generate leads, and follow up with interested customers visiting the branch.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as Reg. E, Reg. B, Reg. Z, and other consumer‑financial statutes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly.
• Experience in sales, collections, or related financial services.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory for field visits.
• Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
