Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role
As an Account Manager at TheFork, you will be the main point of contact for our restaurant partners, helping them maximise revenue through our booking platform. You will combine outbound outreach, strategic support and ongoing relationship management to drive growth across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to existing restaurant customers to present revenue‑generating solutions.
- Provide phone and email support, advising on positioning, revenue management and online marketing.
- Sell, upsell and retain TheFork products and services.
- Build long‑term relationships and act as the primary liaison for each partner.
- Deliver training and support to ensure effective use of TheFork tools.
Required profile
- Customer‑oriented, empathetic and results‑driven.
- Strong communication skills and a dynamic, perseverant attitude.
- Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
- Experience handling 45‑50 outbound/inbound calls daily and managing large portfolios (400‑800 accounts).
Required skills
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in restaurant or e‑commerce environments.
