Account Manager

About the role

Inetum is seeking an Account Manager to lead end‑to‑end billing processes, ensure invoice accuracy, and support financial operations across a fast‑paced international environment. You will act as a central liaison between Operations, Finance, IT and other business units, driving operational excellence and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full billing cycle, guaranteeing timely and accurate invoice issuance.
• Set up and maintain client and product data in internal billing systems.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and operational issues.
• Support accounting activities, including billing reconciliations and accrual calculations.
• Monitor billing cycles for compliance with established procedures.
• Serve as the primary contact between Operations, Finance, IT and other stakeholders.
• Review system reports, identify anomalies and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform account analyses, monthly reconciliations and financial controls.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
• Produce reports and insights to aid business and financial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Experience in billing, finance operations, accounts receivable or shared services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
