About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join an industrial company through Grafton Recruitment. The role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of international commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning internal resources to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of international commercial accounts.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Proactively communicate with customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to fulfill customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate account records and regular reports.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
- Fluent English; additional language (Spanish, Italian or French) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Required skills
- English fluency.
- Proficiency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Italian or French).
