Account Manager – Industrial Sector

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join an industrial company through Grafton Recruitment. The role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of international commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning internal resources to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international commercial accounts.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Proactively communicate with customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to fulfill customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain accurate account records and regular reports.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
• Fluent English; additional language (Spanish, Italian or French) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
