Turkish-speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for Turkish‑speaking Customer Experience Professionals with strong English communication skills to join our international team in Lisbon. This role involves providing high‑quality support for globally recognised brands, ensuring a seamless customer journey in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, personalised support via phone, email and chat, documenting every interaction accurately.
• Deliver a seamless customer journey by understanding needs, resolving requests efficiently and following up proactively.
• Handle post‑sales queries such as order tracking, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Support inbound sales activities by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services.
• Process customer requests, update order information and manage records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Consistently achieve operational KPIs, quality standards and quarterly performance objectives.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Turkish (C1/C2) with a minimum B2 level in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Solution‑oriented, customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target‑driven, dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple requests efficiently.
