Turkish Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking Turkish‑speaking Customer Experience Professionals with strong English skills to join our international team in Lisbon. In this role you will provide high‑quality, multilingual support for globally recognised brands, ensuring a seamless customer journey across phone, email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, personalised assistance to customers via phone, email and chat, documenting each interaction accurately.
• Resolve post‑sales queries such as order tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Support inbound sales activities by identifying needs, recommending products or services and contributing to revenue growth.
• Maintain and update order information and customer records in the CRM with high accuracy.
• Follow company procedures to ensure compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Turkish (C1/C2) and at least B2 level English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, positive attitude and customer‑centric mindset.
• Good problem‑solving, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
