Total Rewards Experienced Analyst (French‑Speaking)

About the role

The Total Rewards Experienced Analyst will support Employee Shareholding operations and contribute to the broader European Rewards landscape within Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS). This position offers exposure to pay transparency processes and collaboration with various Rewards topics such as International Mobility and Compensation & Benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the external service provider to report and manage changes to shareholder data, including employee departures and entity changes.
• Validate early release requests for completeness and procedural compliance.
• Process entity payments accurately and ensure data integrity.
• Support regional Pay Transparency initiatives and identify operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits COE, Finance, Legal) and external partners (payroll vendors) to streamline workflows and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Experience in HR or finance operations related to employee shareholding or rewards.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of shareholder data management processes.
• Familiarity with pay transparency regulations.
• Understanding of compensation and benefits concepts.
