Telemarketing Executive

About the role

The Telemarketing Executive will manage phone communications with prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities, schedule dealership appointments, and support the dealership’s commercial strategies. This role demands a results‑driven mindset, excellent customer service, and adherence to performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects sourced from digital campaigns, referrals, and internal databases.
• Answer inbound calls and direct inquiries about vehicle inventory, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
• Coordinate and confirm appointments for dealership visits, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Record and update client information in the company’s CRM system.
• Continuously follow up with prospects to maximize conversion to sales.
• Work closely with the sales team to close commercial opportunities.
• Achieve key performance indicators such as call volume, appointments generated, and conversion rate.
• Stay informed about vehicle inventory, special offers, and financing programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Puerto Rico regulations.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service; automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; functional English (oral and written) preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems, including CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
