Technical Support Consultant – Bilingual French/English (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual Technical Support Consultant to join its global, multilingual team. You will work remotely, providing first‑line technical assistance to customers in English and French while helping the company maintain its reputation for secure, high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via phone, email and chat in a professional, efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, offering step‑by‑step guidance and clear explanations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex problems and ensure timely escalation when needed.
• Document all interactions and inquiries in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Continuously improve support processes and stay up‑to‑date with product changes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (minimum C1 level, spoken and written).
• At least one year of experience in a technical customer‑support role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of APIs, operating systems and SaaS tools.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical support techniques.
