Tech Recruiter – Recruitment Team (Portugal)

About the role

As a Tech Recruiter within Accenture's Recruitment team in Portugal, you will lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for technology roles. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies using referrals, alumni networks, career sites, competitor research and direct outreach.
• Create and maintain job postings and build talent pools for current and future vacancies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and present high‑quality shortlists to hiring managers.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates, hiring managers and external agencies.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms and manage employment contract generation.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, start dates and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Utilise Accenture recruitment systems with a focus on data integrity and compliance with data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Strong passion for people and curiosity about recruitment and business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
