Talent Sourcer – Active Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Join SIXT’s dedicated Talent Sourcing Team in Lisbon and drive the discovery of top talent through creative, active sourcing methods. As a Talent Sourcer you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines of high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise online platforms, social media, job boards, databases, professional networks and industry events to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit and potential for success while representing SIXT.
• Develop and refine sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive intelligence and talent market insights.

Required profile

• First experience in talent/active sourcing, headhunting agency or in‑house recruitment.
• Proficiency with business networks, especially LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
• Persistent mindset and enjoyment of creative outreach methods.
• Very good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
