Software Engineer – DevSecOps (Hybrid)

About the role

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Software Engineer focused on DevSecOps to join its Aguadilla, PR team. You will support core data engineering and DevSecOps initiatives, helping to build and maintain data pipelines, automation workflows, and CI/CD processes while ensuring secure software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate build, test, and deployment activities.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate DevSecOps tools to improve automation and containerization.
• Write and maintain scripts (Python, Bash) for data integration, automation, and software updates.
• Assist in containerizing applications using Docker and Kubernetes under senior guidance.
• Support Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices to keep environment configurations consistent.
• Contribute to frameworks for automated testing, environment provisioning, and secure software delivery.

Required profile

• STEM degree (or equivalent experience) with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship (required for program access).
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
