SMB Ads Sales Intern – Portugal

About the role

We are looking for an SMB Ads Sales Intern to join Glovo’s Growth team in Lisbon. You will support partner engagement and help long‑tail merchants grow through promotions, marketing activations and asset sales.

Key responsibilities

• Draw and execute plans to grow the portfolio through promos, marketing activations and positioning assets.
• Identify new assets to sell to long‑tail partners and manage the full sales process.
• Evaluate and report on marketing activation performance, taking actions to meet targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, contacting over 20 merchants daily to improve their app presence.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and collaborate with internal departments on projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales or marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery is preferred.
• Hands‑on, autonomous and comfortable in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
