Services Ordering and Invoicing Officer

About the role

We are now looking for a Services Ordering and Invoicing Officer for the Airbus GBS team. The role is responsible for managing accurate and timely administration of Airbus SAS Services business transactions across multiple service lines, including Training, Airframe & Upgrades, Digital solutions, Consulting, Flight Operations, Maintenance & Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of service orders – acknowledgment, validation, acceptance, creation, follow‑up and invoicing.
• Create and send invoices and statements to customers, ensuring data accuracy and issuing credit notes to correct billing errors.
• Handle customer ordering and billing queries while ensuring all processes comply with internal and international standards.
• Use Airbus reporting systems to provide monthly status on order lead‑times, invoice issuance and missing documentation per service line.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer service catalogs and support Training Contract Managers with free‑of‑charge orders.
• Contribute to financial targets by securing revenues and complying with export‑control and audit requirements.

• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and G Suite; administration experience is a plus.
