Senior Sales Representative (Immunology)

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Sales Representative focused on Immunology to drive brand strategy and sales performance within an assigned territory. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding patient needs, and delivering measurable results while adhering to AbbVie’s code of conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field to achieve sales, KPI, and financial targets.
• Develop and follow pre‑call plans using SMART objectives and conduct post‑call evaluations to continuously improve performance.
• Handle objections and close sales calls, ensuring win‑win agreements with customers.
• Maintain a call plan that meets call metrics, optimizes coverage, and maximizes access to key accounts.
• Gather and share market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, and disease trends with the brand and sales teams.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and cultivate disease‑state experts and advocates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within dermatology or immunology.
• Experience with physician/account‑based selling, training, or managed health‑care environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Veeva or similar sales applications.
