About the role
Join Too Good To Go as a Sales Specialist and help fight food waste by bringing new stores onto our platform. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, using phone, email, SMS and social media to engage potential partners.
Key responsibilities
- Make 50‑60 outbound calls daily to introduce Too Good To Go to retailers.
- Qualify prospects, manage a healthy pipeline and track opportunities in Salesforce.
- Guide partners through registration, onboarding and handover to the Growth team.
- Prioritise leads from a provided long‑list and develop tailored outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
Required profile
- Motivated, curious and resilient with a passion for sales.
- Comfortable handling objections and turning “no” into “yes”.
- Enjoys continuous learning and seeks feedback to improve.
- Experience in customer‑facing roles such as sales, support or hospitality is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management.
