Recruiter – Non‑Tech Hiring (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join SIXT’s Lisbon team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of non‑technical positions, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for non‑tech roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and guide candidates through each step.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Track recruiting KPIs and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Act as a trusted advisor for both candidates and hiring managers.

Required profile

• Completed degree and proven experience in recruitment.
• Strong business understanding of various roles and skill sets.
• Solid stakeholder‑management experience.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments, handling high‑volume and specialized positions.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a desire to learn from colleagues.
• Proactive, strong communicator comfortable working in an international setting.
