Power BI Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Power BI Associate to join our Data & Analytics team in Porto. You will work closely with clients and senior leaders to turn data into actionable insights through compelling visual reports.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing, business‑focused Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Gather and analyse client requirements, proposing the appropriate technical architecture.
• Develop efficient, fast‑loading reports with strong data modelling.
• Solve technical challenges using DAX and advanced data‑modeling techniques.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops for stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate findings to executives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Power BI/BI design and development.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles across functions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and basic Azure environment concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with other BI tools and PowerApps.
• Fluent English communication skills.
