People Partner

About the role

We are looking for a People Partner to join Evertec’s HR team. In this role you will partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support our growth across Latin America and the Caribbean, ensuring a high‑performing and engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR topics aligned with key business initiatives and execute human‑resources strategies.
• Support leaders in workforce planning, define talent needs, track headcount, turnover and related metrics.
• Promote talent development programs, including leadership development, organizational redesign, team development and change management.
• Analyze HR dashboards to identify trends, provide data‑driven insights and anticipate issues.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, conduct investigations, resolve grievances and monitor the effectiveness of related policies.
• Assess business‑unit needs, recommend actions and participate in implementation.
• Facilitate trainings on business‑partner topics and support performance‑management processes.
• Contribute to talent‑management activities, identify top talent and promote learning and development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a focus on performance management and employee relations.
• Experience managing employee separation and termination in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conversational level of English.
• Preferred: PHR or SPHR certification.
